Ask . . . . .

                  Seek  . . . .  .

                                      Find!!!!!

In the book of Hosea 4:6 God states that "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." In Matthew 7:7-8 he states"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Knowledge comes from the Hebrew word, yada, which means to know, to find out and discern, to discriminate and discern. To seek comes from the Greek word zeteo  which means to find out by thinking and/or meditating, to crave and to demand from from someone.

The goal of Knowledge Seekers is to become intimately knowledgeable of God's Word and how it applies to our daily lives.  We strive to become intimate with God by thinking and meditating on His Word.  We will do as it says in Matthew 7: 7-8, ask, seek and find!
